We offer special help for patients new to Olmsted Medical Center. Call 507.292.7090 (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) to speak with an OMC caregiver who can assist you!

Do you or a dependent have Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care health insurance?

If so, you must renew to avoid losing your health insurance. Losing health insurance coverage could result in not being able to see a provider or not being able to fill or refill a prescription. You will receive a re-enrollment packet in the U.S. mail. The mail will come from the Minnesota Department of Human Services about 6–8 weeks before the month you originally enrolled. For NEW Patients

Are you or a loved one a new Olmsted Medical Center patient? Special assistance is available Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (except on holidays) to help introduce you to OMC, find a provider who's right for you, and answer any questions you may have by calling 507.292.7090.
