SMAP Summer Camps
Olmsted Medical Center SMAP summer camps are designed to provide young athletes with comprehensive training in strength, conditioning, speed for sport, and hockey, tailored to various age groups and skill levels. Our expert coaches utilize state-of-the-art equipment to enhance each participant's game. Whether you're looking to refine specific skills or engage in intensive training, our range of camps offers something for every aspiring athlete.

Hockey Specific Summer Camps
Squirt Boys and U10 Girls Summer Camp
Focused on young athletes, this camp helps in developing essential hockey skills. Available in 8-week ($228) and 10-week ($285) formats. Option to combine with the Speed for Sport program for enhanced results.
The 8 week and 10 week 3:45 PM session is FULL. Space remains for alternate sessions.

PeeWee Boys and U12 Girls Summer Camp
Tailored for PeeWee boys and U12 girls, this camp offers extensive training in various hockey skills. Choose from 8-week ($342) or 10-week ($427) programs. Bundle with a Learn to Lift program for a complete training routine.
The 8 week and 10 week 2:30 PM session is FULL. Space remains for the 5:00 PM session.

High School / Bantam Boys and U14 Girls Summer Camp
This camp is available in both a two day or three day option. It caters to Highschool athletes, Bantam boys, and U14 girls, concentrating on advanced hockey skills. Offers 8-week and 10-week programs priced at $342 and $427. Strength and conditioning bundles available.

Advanced Training Summer Camp
Designed specifically for college, Junior, or high school athletes looking to continue play after graduation. The program will focus on sport specific strength training, speed, agility, and power development. Athletes are welcome to bring their college programs to the sessions and our certified strength coaches (CSCS) will train the athlete using that program. Sessions will demand a high level of intensity and require full commitment from the participants. Athletes can expect to be in the best possible physical condition for their sport after training in this program. This program allows athletes to choose three days of training Monday through Friday and days can vary from week to week. Flexible 8-week ($342) and 10-week ($427) programs available.

Goalie Summer Camp
Our goalie summer camp is designed for young goalies currently enrolled as, or advancing to, Pee Wee/Squirt Boys or 12U/10U Girls level. This 8-week program aims to enhance fundamental skills crucial for goalkeeping success. Participants will engage in sessions twice a week, focusing on posture, positioning, balance, movement, body control, angles, shooting drills, and save selection. This camp is priced at $400.

Learn to Lift
A beginner's course in strength and conditioning tailored for young athletes aged 10-12. Emphasizing proper form over weight, this program provides a safe and encouraging atmosphere for learning essential lifting techniques.

Ages 13 and older: This advanced speed program enhances sprint mechanics, speed endurance, lateral quickness, power, and reaction. Available for 8 weeks, 16 sessions, Fee: $228.00 and 10 weeks, 20 sessions, Fee: $285.00
