OT Services
Your occupational therapist, or OT, is a healthcare professional who can help you build skills and do daily living activities more easily. Your OT will work with you to create a personalized care plan that will help you increase your independence. Your plan may include:
- Rehabilitation to do self-care activities like bathing, eating, and dressing
- Cognitive (thinking) assessments and tests
- Custom splinting to rehabilitate the hand after an injury or surgery
- Education to learn how to use adaptive equipment
- Industrial rehabilitation to recover from a work-related injury or work safely
- Pediatric feeding therapy
- Range-of-motion and strengthening exercises
