Professional Interests

Dr. Babcock's interests include adult clients, depression, anxiety, aging, grief, palliative care, psychological factors impacting medical conditions, coping with chronic illness such as diabetes, and providing inclusive and welcoming care to all. She utilizes multiple evidence based psychotherapy modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, Self Compassion, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She collaborates with her patients toward wellbeing.
